Independently perform wide variety of complex tasks requiring judgement and initiative. Troubleshoot process problems beyond basic setup parameters. Work and communicate effectively with the customer’s technical staff and with OEM management. Proactively find ways to add value to the customer and to OEM. Provide metoring and technical assistance to other OEM employees. AA degree in a technical discipline or equivalent training and 4+years directly related field experience. Depending on assignment, certification or expertise in a variety of equipment, or a high level of expertise in a single equipment type. Excellent trouble-shooting skills. Good judgement in critical situations.
